All items may be returned in 30 days after delivery; items must be new and must not have been worn.
The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping of items.
The purchaser will receive a full refund for the amount of the item(s).
You will not be responsible for shipping costs on defective items.
The manufacturers and All Black Hills Gold Jewelry inspects all items before delivery.
EXCHANGES
There is no charge for exchanging ring sizes. Please email us for and authorized return form to send in with your exchange with instructions.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We will not accept returns on special ordered ring sizes or other specially made jewelry.

All Black Hills Gold manufacturers warrant their products against defects in materials and workmanship.
Modifications performed by any jeweler other than these Black Hills Gold manufacturers will void the warranty. Modifications include, but are not limited to, the refinishing of leaves, the addition of diamonds and other precious stones, re-sizing of rings, and replacement of clip earrings with posts. these Black Hills Gold manufacturers do not warranty items added to jewelry; for example, complimentary gold-filled chains, earring backs, bolos, etc. Landstroms Original Black Hills Gold, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ Warranty of watches is limited to Black Hills Gold leaves and trim; watch mechanism covered by individual watch manufacturer’s warranty.
Visible apparent product abuse shall also void the these Black Hills Gold manufacturers warranties. Such abuse may be the result of physical destruction or exposure to damaging chemicals. Prolonged normal wear is not covered under the limited warranty.
All Black Hills Gold manufacturers reserve the right to determine if the warranty is valid or void due to the abuse or neglect of the product.
